A four-year sprinter for the Warhawk men's track and field team, Henderson-Zintz earned All-America honors after helping the 4x100-meter relay team place eighth at the 2018 NCAA Outdoor Championships. That same season, he collected second team All-WIAC honors and USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region accolades. In 2020, Henderson-Zintz placed 12th in the 60-meter dash and 13th in the 200-meter dash at the WIAC Indoor Championships. He posted a personal-record time of 7.00 seconds in the 60 at the Karl Schlender Invitational on Jan. 25. A two-year member of the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll, Henderson-Zintz is majoring in computer science.
