Tortorice claimed his second straight individual title at the annual Pete Willson-Wheaton Invitational over the weekend, finishing with a 5-0 record to win the 125-pound bracket and help the No. 13 Warhawks place second at the 34-team tournament. Tortorice, ranked second in the nation by D3wrestle.com and third by Intermat, posted a 9-0 major decision in the title bout against John Carroll's Andrew Peralka, who is ranked seventh by Intermat and ninth by D3wrestle.com. His five wins over the two-day tournament included two first-period pins and two major decisions. Tortorice is now 25-1 for the season with 12 pins.
