Stigler recorded two individual wins and posted a victory in one relay Saturday to help UW-Whitewater to a 2-0 record in a triple dual against Lawrence and host Lake Forest (Ill.). She finished the 100-meter breaststroke in 1:19.87, more than three seconds faster than the runner-up, and touched the wall in 2:31.44 in the 200-meter individual medley, topping a field of nine swimmers. Her performances convert from meters to yards at 2:16.4 in the 200 IM and 1:11.8 in the 100 breast, and both were impressive coming off two weeks of hard training. Stigler also swam the breaststroke leg of the 200-meter medley relay, helping the group finish more than five seconds ahead of the runner-up with a time of 2:09.19.
