Ryan is seeking his masters degree in Health and Human Performance from UW-Whitewater. He focused his undergraduate studies in Sport and Fitness Management at UW-Parkside. Woods is a 4 year letter winner for UW-Parkside. Originally from Green Bay, WI, Ryan spent one year as an assitant coach at UW-Parkside which finished 6th in NCAA DII in 2012. He also was the head coach of the Kenosha Wrestling Club.
