Pat Marsh

Marsh is familiar with head coach Tim Fader as they wrestled together at Augustana College. Marsh majored in business and political science while at Augustana. He also earned four varsity letters in wrestling and won the College Conference of Illinios and Wisconsin (CCIW) title in 1988, his senior season, while wrestling at 142 pounds. Marsh began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Augustana College where he assisted head coach Kevin Puebla for eleven seasons. Marsh then replaced Puebla as head coach at Augustana for seven seasons, compiling an impressive record of 66-45-1. His teams also won four straight CCIW titles from 2001 to 2004. He also had an impressive two season record from the 2002-2003 season to the 2003-2004 season where his teams went 30-11-1, won the CCIW both years and also placed second in the Division III West Region both seasons as well. In his coaching career at Augstana, Marsh coached 19 individual CCIW champions and three Division III All-Americans.  Marsh was honored in 2004 when he was chosen to coach in both the "Marine All-Star Classic" and the NCAA Division III all-stars.

Marsh was recently named city administrator for the City of Monona, Wisconsin. He also has a wife, Gina, two daughters, Ashleigh and Kourtni, and a son, Cooper.
