Amy Giese enters her second season working with the Warhawk track and field program in 2022-23. Amy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Viterbo University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

She is a registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetics Registration and is certified through the state of Wisconsin to practice. Additionally, she has earned distinction as a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. This certification exemplifies her specialization in nutrition therapy in the ICU as well as patients requiring feeding tubes or IV nutrition.

Amy has been employed at Froedtert South in Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie for the last 21 years as a Clinical Dietitian – moving into the Clinical Manager role in 2020. Throughout her 21 years at Froedtert South, she has provided many classes to a variety of sports groups including: gymnastics, wrestling, softball, cross country and track.
