Personal: Majoring in business … competed in tennis and soccer at Colegio Jesus Maria High School … career ambition is to be a professional tennis or soccer player … hobbies include playing soccer … favorite TV show is ESPN … favorite professional sports team is Club Nacional de Football .. chose to attend UW-Whitewater  because it is his dream come true, he thought the facilities were unbelievable, the tennis team and all the tennis facilities seem great, it’s a beautiful place with great tennis, he loves the idea of making friends from other parts of the world.  This is something he has already experienced when he traveled around South America for junior tournaments.  This is an experience that always gives you good rewards.  Studying at Whitewater will allow him to meet people from probably more parts of the world and learn about new cultures.  Another aspect is that it will help him mature as an individual because he needs to solve all the problems by himself.  He also wants to improve his English and he thinks this is a great opportunity for this.  He knows studying in English will be hard for him, but he loves to face challenges.  This will be one.
