Charlotte Davies enters her first season as an assistant coach for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's and women's swimming and diving teams in 2018-19.
Davies will assist head coach Elise Knoche in all day-to-day operations of the Warhawks’ two programs.

Davies served as a graduate assistant coach for the men’s and women’s programs at Division II Delta State University in Cleveland, Miss., for the last two seasons. She helped lead the Statesmen to eighth place at the NCAA Championships in 2017 and ninth at the national meet in 2018, when the team claimed the New South Intercollegiate Swim Conference (NSISC) championship. The Lady Statesmen placed 12th at the NCAA Championships in 2017 and 26th in 2018.

During her time at Delta State, Davies oversaw equipment and apparel, team travel, recruiting and meet management. She coached multiple NSISC champions and Division II All-Americans.

A native of Margate, England, Davies swam at Division I Southern Illinois University, where she earned first team All-Missouri Valley Conference honors in 2012 and honorable mention accolades in 2013, and was a member of the 2016 MVC championship team.

Davies earned her bachelor’s in sport and exercise science from SIU in 2016 and her master’s in human performance, education and recreation with a specialization in sports management from Delta State in May 2018.

Davies currently serves as head girls swimming coach at Janesville Craig High School. She resides in Janesville with her husband, Tyler Epperheimer.
