Ashley George started her first year as Assistant Coach for UW-Whitewater in the 2009-10 season and is finishing up her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education.
Ashley was a four-year letter winner and competed for the Warhawks at the 2007, 2008 and 2009 National Championships. In 2007 she placed 6th in the All-Around, 9th on Beam and 12th on Bars. In 2009, she was the National Champion on the Uneven Bars. She is a four-year NACGC/W Scholar Athlete and in 2009 was honored as an NCGA Academic All-American. Ashley was honored with Most Valuable Player in the 2006-2007 and 2008-2009 seasons and with the Marty Van Steenderen award in 2007 and 2009. Ashley currently holds the records for high score on Uneven Bars and Balance Beam.
