What did you work on this off-season?: Keeping the mileage up and trying to be better about stretching more!
What are your expectations for your upcoming season?: Enjoy my last seasons of cross country and track ever!
What is your pre-competition ritual?: Pretending to be less nervous than I actually am, so I end up talking non-stop, telling jokes, and singing.
