College Athletic Accomplishments: On the Division II NCAA Final Four soccer team in 2009. Competed in the elite Mt. Sac Relays for the Lewis University Flyers. Ranked 5th in the GLVC for the 400m hurdles. 5th in conference for the Whitewater 4x200m relay
College Academic Accomplishments: Achieved the Fitzpatrick Scholarship awards from Lewis University.
High School Athletic Accomplishments: Honorable mention all conference senior year for soccer. Team MVP in both soccer and basketball throughout high school. MVP of the Masonic HS Boys Soccer State All-Star game in 2009. Made it to State in the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 team in only year of high school track.
High School Academic Accomplishments: 4 year Dick Ohm Merit Award winner. 4 year honor roll student.

What are your expectations for this year?: A deep run into the postseason for soccer, Nationals for track
What is the significance of your jersey number (if you have one)?: Have always had number 1 since high school
What is your pre-competition ritual?: For track, psych myself out as much as possible. For soccer, calm myself as much as possible.
