2019: Indoor – season-best 7.67 in the 60-meter dash at the Red Hawk Opener on Jan. 18 in Ripon, Wis. … season-best 21-09.50 (6.64 meters) in the long jump at the “Squig” Converse Invitational on Jan. 25 … finished third in the triple jump with a season-best 46-02.75 (14.09 meters) and 11th in the long jump at the WIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 22-23 … Outdoor – season-best 11.73 in the 100-meter dash at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative Meet on April 26 … season-best 21-08.25 (6.61 meters) in the long jump at the UW-Platteville Invitational on April 13 … placed third in the triple jump with a season-best 46-09.50 (14.26 meters) and 13th in the long jump at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 3-4 in Platteville, Wis.

2018: Indoor – placed third in the triple jump with a season-best mark of 46-02.00 (14.07m) at the WIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 22-23 … Outdoor – finished fourth in the triple jump with a season-best 46-01.50 (14.06m) and 11th in the long jump with a season-best 21-03.25 (6.48m) at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 4-5 … season-best 11.95 in the 100-meter dash at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative Meet on April 28
 
2017: Indoor – Placed 36th in a season-best time of 7.92 in the 60m dash at the NAIA Challenge on Jan. 21 … placed 3rd with a season-best distance of 45’ 0.25” (13.72m) in triple jump at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational Jan. 27-28 … placed 5th with a jump of 44’ 9.75” (13.66m) in triple jump at the WIAC Indoor Championships Feb. 24-25 … Outdoor – finished seventh in the triple jump with a season-best 44-09.75 (13.66m) at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 5-6
 
2016: Outdoor – placed second in the triple jump with a season-best result of 46-06.75 (14.19m) at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 6-7
