Offensive: Justin Klinkner – Junior– Two Rivers, Wis./Two Rivers
 

Justin Klinkner led the Warhawks to a record-breaking win at Perkins Stadium Saturday. The junior quarterback set career marks in passing yards (366), passing touchdowns (5) and longest pass (84). Klinkner completed 20-23 passes in the game with an efficiency rating of 283.7. The Warhawks racked up 762 yards of total offense in the win over Carleton to break the program record - a mark that ranks fourth in the history of the WIAC. UWW also tied the program record for passing touchdowns with six in the win.

Klinker was also named the D3football Quarterback of the Week in a release on Tuesday morning.
 

Norah Berken – Sophomore – Kaukauna, Wis./Kaukauna 

Norah Berken lead UW-Whitewater at the Firebird Fall Invite hosted by Carthage on Saturday. Berken carding a two-day total of +11 to finish third in the 90-player field.

Offensive: James Kiraly – Junior – Forward – Twin Lakes, Wis./Wilmot Union
 

James Kiraly scored a goal in both of the Warhawks first two games of the 2026 season. Kiraly scored against Monmouth in the 62nd minute of the Warhawks 9-0 win. On Sunday, the junior forward score the late equalizer against Westminster to bring the Warhawks to a 2-2 draw with the Blue Jays.
 

Defensive: Mason Diercks - Senior - Defender - Oregon, Wis./Oregon
 

Mason Diercks led the Warhawks back line in their two opening games of the season. Diercks scored the first Warhawk goal of the 2026 season with a tap-in against Monmouth in the 6th minute. Later on against the Scots, Diercks recorded on a assist, helping a teammate score his first career brace. The senior defender also led the Warhawk defense, who only allowed five total shots on goal and has not given up a corner kick. 
 

Offensive: Jenna Laidlaw – Junior – Forward – Aberdeen, Scotland/Aberdeen Grammar

Jenna Laidlaw recorded her first career hat trick against Cornell College on Saturday. Laidlaw was a part of the scoring line on the first three goals of the game, scoring two herself, then given the assist on the third. Laidlaw then scored her third goal in the 64th minute to complete the hat trick. Earlier in the week, the junior forward scored a goal against Concordia-Chicago. For the week, Laidlaw scored four goals and one assist in just 124 minutes of action.  

Defensive: Tessa Czajkowski Higgins - Freshman - Defender - Prairie du Chien, Wis./Prairie du Chien

Tessa Czajkowski Higgins recorded her first career brace against Coe to lead the Warhawks to a 6-0 win. In addition to the two goals against the Kohawks, Czajkowski Higgins has led the Warhawks on the defensive end. Through the first three games, the Warhawks have not given up a goal while only allowing six shots on goal and two corners. 

Singles: Abigail Weaver – Junior – Wakarusa, Ind./Mishawak Marian

Abigail Weaver won the top singles draw at the 55th Warhawk Fall Invitational. Weaver opened the invite with two straight set wins. In the championship match, Weaver took the first set over Pari Chavan (Grinnell) 6-2 and was leading 4-2 in the second set before a retire. Earlier in the week, Weaver defeated Ramirez of Augustana at Singles No. 1, 7-6(5), 6-3 to help the Warhawks open the season with a dual win over the Vikings.

Offensive: Penny Schell – Freshman – Outside Hitter – Cross Plains, Wis./St. Ambrose Academy

Penny Schell led UW-Whitewater across three matches in New Jersey over the weekend. In her first collegiate outing, Schell hit .471 with nine kills and a single error in 17 attempts. She posted 12 kills Saturday against Cortland before wrapping up the weekend with another nine kill, one error performance against Kean. 

Defensive: Natalie Lawton -- Sophomore – Libero – Elmhurst, Ill./IC Catholic Prep

Natalie Lawton had a phenomenal weekend in New Jersey. The sophomore libero tallied 75 digs across three matches - an average of 6.82 per set. She opened the Kean Invite with 27 digs against Penn St.-Harrisburg before tallying 33 in UWW's win over Cortland. Lawton wrapped up the week with 15 in a sweep of Kean.
