The following University of Wisconsin-Whitewater athletes have been recognized by the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference as Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for their performances during the week of September 14th - 20th

Women's Tennis - Doubles

Abigail Weaver, Junior, Wakarusa, Ind. (Mishawaka Marian) & Ava Andrae, Sophomore, Cedarburg, Wis. (Cedarburg)


Weaver & Andrae went 2-0 against conference opponents this past week. The Warhawk pair opened the week with a 6-3 victory over UW-Oshkosh's top pair, helping the Warhawks to a 7-0 sweep. On Saturday against UW-Eau Claire, Weaver & Andrae didn't lose a game with a 6-0 victory at the No. 1 doubles flight.
