Baseball

Spring, Jackson

Position: Jackson Spring – Sophomore – Infielder – St. Charles, Ill/North

Jackson Spring helped the Warhawks wrap up the Pensacola Blue Wahoos Challenge hitting .714 at the plate in the last two games. Against Edgewood, Spring went 2-for-3 from the plate with an RBI. The next game against Trinity, Spring went 3-for-4 with another RBI. In the two games, Spring went 5-for-7 with a .714 average, 2 RBIs, and 3 runs scored.

Koenig, Jackson

Pitcher: Jackson Koenig – Junior – INF/RHP – Blaine, Minn./Blaine

Jackson Koenig pitched 6.0 innings against Edgewood as the Warhawks finished the Pensacola Blue Wahoos Challenge with a 7-0 record. Koenig scattered four hits over his six innings of work, not allowing a single run across and striking out six.

Softball

Position: Rachel Radish – Freshman – First Base/Third Base – Merton, Wis./Arrowhead

Rachel Radish paced the Warhawk offense in an 8-1 week on the diamond in Florida. The freshman put the ball in play in every at bat across eight games registering 11 hits along the way. In a top 25 win over Simpson, Radish was a perfect 3-3 at the plate with a pair of runs scored and a stolen base. For the week, Radish hit .611 (11-18) with an on base percentage of 66.7 and a slugging percentage of 72.2. She tallied seven runs scored, three RBI and three walks drawn. Defensively, Radish registered 35 putouts and an assist on the week.

Pitcher: Josie Hammen – Junior – RHP – Combined Locks, Wis./Kimberly

Josie Hammen registered three wins and a save in four appearances last week for UW-Whitewater. The righty opened the week with a complete game win over Worcester State where she scattered three hits across five innings while striking out six. She closed the week with a top 25 win over Simpson. She fanned four and allowed a single earned run in 5.1 innings of work against the Storm. For the week, Hammen posted an earned run average of 1.09 with 18 strikeouts in 19.1 innings of work.

Men's Tennis

Moeller, Keith

Singles: Keith Moeller – Sophomore – Dallas, Tex./ DKM-I University Prep
 

Keith Moeller picked up the lone singles flight for the Warhawks in their match against DII Roosevelt. Moeller won in straight sets, taking the match 6-1, 6-4.

Doubles: Julius Jonsson – Freshman – Kungsbacka, Sweden/Aranäsgymnasiet & Keith Moeller – Sophomore – Dallas, Tex./ DKM-I University Prep
 

Julius Jonsson & Keith Moeller helped the Warhawks pick up the doubles point against DII Roosevelt in their dual on Saturday against the Lakers.
