WIAC Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week

The following University of Wisconsin-Whitewater athletes have been recognized by the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference as Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week for their performances during the week of September 15 – 21

Adams, Seth

Football: Special Teams

Seth Adams – Sophomore – Kicker – Utica, Ill./La Salle-Peru

Seth Adams bolstered the Warhawk (ranked 16th) win over No. 6 Mary Hardin-Baylor Saturday despite being ill the entire trip to Texas. Adams took on kickoff and punt duties in addition to his regular place-kicking role. He did not give the Crusaders a chance to utilize their explosive kick returner by sending four kickoffs through the endzone for touchbacks. Adams also limited opportunities for UMHB’s special teams unit with a pair of phenomenal punts – a 58-yard bomb and a pooch kick that was downed at the three-yard line. He added a pair of extra points and a pair of field goals – hitting from 21 and 29 yards – in the UW-Whitewater win.

Healy, Zeke

Men's Soccer: Defensive

Zeke Healy — Senior — Defender — Mukwonago, Wis./Mukwonago

Zeke Healy bolstered the Warhawk defensive efforts this week. Against Beloit, the senior helped hold the Buccaneers to just three shots on goal and one corner opportunity. Against 7th-ranked North Park later in the week, Healy played the full 90 minutes, helping the Warhawks stick with the top-ranked team for a majority of the game.

Weaver, Abigail
Gracie Ha 2026 WTEN

Women's Tennis: Doubles

Abigail Weaver, Sophomore (Wakarusa, Ind./Mishawaka Marian) & Gracie Ha, Senior (Palatine, Ill./Fremd), of UW-Whitewater

Gracie Ha and Abby Weaver went 4-1 in the Doubles bracket of the ITA Midwest Regional Tournament. The Warhawk duo cruised through their four wins, not dropping more than four games in the 8-game pro sets. Ha/Weaver reached the semifinal round before falling to the top-seeded team from Gustavus Adolphus.
