The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's tennis team fell in the first round of the NCAA Division III regional to Grinnell in St. Louis, MO. Grinnell took the early doubles point, then three singles flights for the win. The Warhawks picked up one single flight with a win by Gracie Ha (Palatine, Ill./Fremd) at No. 1 singles.

In the doubles flights, the Warhawks fell at flights No. 2 & No. 3, by 6-2 and 6-3 respectively. The match at No. 1 doubles was abandoned at a score 4-3 in favor of Grinnell. 

Gracie Ha (Palatine, Ill./Fremd) took the Warhawks lone match at No. 1 singles. Ha took two straight sets without dropping a single game. 

The Pioneers rounded out the match winning the 3rd, 5th, & 6th single flights. 

At No. 4 singles, Alex Repplier (Champlin, Minn./Champlin Park) took her first set 6-4 and was leading 5-4 when the match was abandoned.
