University of Wisconsin-Whitewater senior Kacie Carollo (Whitewater, Wis./Whitewater) has been named a First Team Academic All-American by College Sports Communicators. 

Carollo, the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Judy Kruckman Scholar Athlete this season, holds a 3.88 grade point average as an integrated science and business major. Carollo broke numerous records during the 2024-25 campaign, was a finalist for the prestigious Jostens Trophy awarded to the top player in Division III and led the Warhawks to the Sweet 16 for the fourth time in her career. She garnered First Team All-America honors from D3hoops.com and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association, was the D3hoops.com Region 9 Most Outstanding Player and the Player of the Year in the WIAC. Academically, Carollo is the recipient of numerous scholarships, has been on the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll all four years, earned Dean's List honors every semester and will be recognized as a Chancellor Scholar Athlete this spring.

Three additional Warhawks earned CSC Academic All-District honors including senior forward Mallory Oloffson (Normal, Ill./Normal Community) (human performance), senior guard Maggie Trautsch (Sun Prairie, Wis./DeForest) (physical education) and senior forward Katie Hildebrandt (McFarland, Wis./McFarland) (marketing). 

To be eligible for CSC Academic honors, student-athletes must be at least sophomores athletically and academically, hold a grade point average of at least 3.50 and they must have competed in 90% or started in 66% of the team's games this season among additional criteria.
