UW-Whitewater Payton Schmidt (Jefferson, Wis./Jefferson) has earned Second Team All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honors for this season. 

The all-conference team was determined by using a combination of the WIAC Championship results (50-percent) and the SCOREBOARD Powered by Clippd Regional Rankings (50-percent) distributed on October 22. A player must have completed a minimum of eight rounds in order to be considered for selection for all-conference honors. 

Schmidt finished 10th at the 2025 WIAC Championship after opening the tournament with a 75. She carded a 244 over the three-day championship to lead UW-Whitewater to a second place finish as a team. 

The Warhawks have wrapped play for the fall and will return to competition in the spring.
