Women’s Basketball Recognized for Academic Performance

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's basketball team earned special mention in the 2021-22 Women's Basketball Coaches Association Division III Academic Team Honor Roll.
 
The Warhawks compiled a 3.592 grade point average on a 4.0 scale during the 2021-22 year to earn recognition from the WBCA.
 
UW-Whitewater claimed the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference regular season championship and made a deep run in the NCAA Tournament, reaching the national championship game for the second time in program history. The team finished with a 28-5 record after its fourth Final Four appearance in the last 15 years and a final national ranking of No. 2 from the WBCA.
 
The WBCA annually recognizes college women's basketball teams across the nation for academic performance.
