The No. 6 ranked University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's basketball team saw its 14-game winning streak end Saturday with a 62-51 setback at UW-Oshkosh in a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference game in Oshkosh.
The Warhawks (16-2 overall, 6-1 WIAC) held the Titans to 36 percent shooting in the contest, but UW-Oshkosh finished with a 21-2 advantage in made free throws and forced 19 UW-W turnovers.

Aleah Grundahl (DeForest, Wis./DeForest) tallied 12 points, nine rebounds, three assists and two blocks to lead UW-Whitewater. Senior guard
Becky Raeder (Sheboygan Falls, Wis./Sheboygan Falls) posted 10 points and three steals, and sophomore forward
Courtney Oomens (Lake Geneva, Wis./Badger) registered eight points, five rebounds and two blocks.

Yssa Sto. Domingo (Streamwood, Ill./St. Edward) collected seven points, four rebounds and three steals, and junior center
Johanna Taylor (Wauwatosa, Wis./East) finished with seven points.
UW-Oshkosh (11-7, 4-3) held a 13-5 lead midway through the first quarter, but a Taylor layup, a 3-pointer by Grundahl and a layup by junior guard
Rebekah Schumacher (Whitewater, Wis./Whitewater) brought the Warhawks to within one. The Titans scored the final four points of the period to take a 17-12 advantage.
UW-Whitewater took the lead at 21-20 following a 3-pointer by Raeder with 5:57 on the clock in the second. The two teams exchanged the lead, and UW-Oshkosh led 26-24 heading to halftime.
The Titans built their lead to double digits at 37-27 by the midway point of the third. The Warhawks cut that lead in half with 1:20 left on a layup by Raeder. UW-Oshkosh led by eight by the end of the quarter.
The Titans led by double digits over the first four minutes of the fourth. Sto. Domingo converted a layup to cut the deficit to nine with 5:58 remaining, and hit a 3-pointer with 3:12 to play to make it a two-possession game at 50-44.
Raeder's 3-pointer with 1:44 on the clock brought UW-W to within four, but the Warhawks were unable to get any closer the rest of the way after UW-O scored on the next possession.
UW-Whitewater hosts No. 21 UW-La Crosse Wednesday at 7 p.m. for All-American Night at Kachel Gymansium.
