Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Cortney Kumerow (Bartlett, IL/South Elgin) was named Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletics Conference's and UW-Whitewater's Walmart Player of the Week for women's basketball.

In Whitewater's win over UW-Platteville Wednesday, she scored 20 points, hitting 6-8 from the field and 8-9 from the line, adding nine rebounds and a blocked shot.  Saturday, against UW-Superior, Kumerow scored 22 points, going 8-12 and 6-7 in her shooting, with nine rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal.
 
UW-Whitewater will host UW-Oshkosh Wednesday, January 18 at 7:00 in Kachel Gym of Williams Center.
