Lucas Monterroso (Montevideo, Uruguay/Colegio Jesus Maria), Freshman
Monterroso dropped only one game in an impressive singles performance Saturday to help the Warhawks to 9-0 victories over Wooster (Ohio) and Elmhurst (Ill.) at Premier Tennis and Fitness in Janesville. He started the day with a 6-0, 6-0 triumph over Andrew Long of Wooster and concluded it with a 6-0, 6-1 victory over Kevin Osburn of Elmhurst. For the season, Monterroso is 8-5 in singles play and owns a 7-3 mark over his last 10 matches.
