Amanda Strupp (Slinger, Wis./Slinger), Senior
Strupp finished third out of 39 participants in the weight throw to help UW-Whitewater finish second Saturday at the 12-team Pointer Invitational. Her season-best toss of 57-02.00 (17.42 meters) currently ranks third in the WIAC and 10th in the nation. Strupp also placed 11th in the shot put with a mark of 36-07.00 (11.15 meters).
