Courtney Pickett (Brentwood, TN/Brentwood), Senior
Pickett won the floor exercise with a score of 9.650 Saturday to help the Warhawks improve to 3-0 for the season with a 189.300-186.475 victory over UW-Eau Claire at the Williams Center. The score was her third of at least 9.650 in the event in three meets this season. Pickett also tied for second on the vault and placed third on the balance beam with marks of 9.575 and 9.625, respectively. She has yet to score below a 9.425 on the floor, vault or beam, and is averaging better than a 9.500 in all three events for the season. Pickett's performance is a critical factor in UW-Whitewater owning the nation's top team average entering Saturday's meet.
