Colin Buck (Greendale, Wis./Franklin), Senior, Defensive Back
Buck registered three tackles, two interceptions and one forced fumble Saturday to help the second-ranked Warhawks clinch at least a share of the WIAC championship with a 27-20 overtime victory over UW-River Falls at Perkins Stadium. Late in the second quarter, Buck thwarted a drive with his first pick of the contest as the Falcons crossed into UW-Whitewater territory. In the third, he forced a fumble on a punt return deep in UW-River Falls territory that led to a Warhawk touchdown that brought the team to within three. Early in the fourth quarter, Buck intercepted Sawyer Moon at the UW-Whitewater 11-yard line to take away another scoring chance for the Falcons.
