Horne earned a pair of wins in two team shutouts (one solo) last week to help the Warhawks to a 2-0 record. On Wednesday in the team's 4-0 victory against Carthage, she tallied seven saves in 65 minutes of action, including a pair of saves on consecutive shots in the 33rd minute that helped set up UW-Whitewater's counter attack for what proved to be the game-winning goal. On Saturday in UW-W's 1-0 triumph at UW-Eau Claire, Horne collected 11 saves in 90 minutes, including a stop on a penalty kick in the 78th minute to maintain the Warhawks' lead. Her performance allowed UW-Whitewater to record their fourth and fifth shutouts over the last six matches.
