Co-Defensive Player of the Week
Colin Buck (Greendale, Wis./Franklin), Senior, Defensive Back
Buck tallied four tackles, two interceptions and a forced fumble to help the second-ranked Warhawks defeat Belhaven (Miss.) 59-13 on Saturday at Perkins Stadium. He forced a fumble late in the second quarter to help the UW-Whitewater defense make a goal line stand and set up a touchdown that put the team ahead for good. Buck posted his first interception at the 14:22 mark of the second quarter, and returned his second interception 79 yards for a touchdown with 11:49 left in the fourth. The Warhawk defense forced eight turnovers for the day.
