Schad is a four-year member of the Warhawk women's track and field team, qualifying for WIAC Championships in multiple throwing events over the last four seasons. She hit personal record marks in two events during the 2020 indoor season, including a team-best 39-00.50 (11.90 meters) in the shot put and a 50-00.00 (15.24 meters) in the weight throw. Schad placed 19th in the weight throw and 20th in the shot put at the 2020 WIAC Indoor Championships. She was named to the WIAC Larry Zirgibel All-Sportsmanship Team during the 2018 outdoor season. Schad is a three-year member of the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll and a 2019-20 UW-Whitewater Chancellor's Scholar-Athlete. She is majoring in elementary education.
