Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Cole Wilber (Dana Point, Calif./Dana Hills), Sophomore, Quarterback
Making his first career start, Wilber completed 14-of-18 passes for 191 yards and two touchdowns to help the No. 3 Warhawks defeat The College of New Jersey 51-3 in their 2016 season opener last Saturday. He threw both of his touchdowns in the second quarter, hitting Canton Larson (Oconomowoc, Wis./Oconomowoc) in stride from 18 yards out with 8:31 to play in the frame and tossing a beautiful touch pass to Tony Gumina (Sussex, Wis./Hamilton)from 19 yards away in the final minute of the quarter. Wilber also rushed for 12 yards.
