Mike Nompleggi (Oconto Falls/Oconto Falls), Junior, Right-Handed Pitcher
Nompleggi tossed nine innings of relief in the No. 11 Warhawks' second game against St. Norbert on Thursday. He allowed just four hits and one walk while striking out six in the effort, helping UW-Whitewater manage its bullpen and set up for a weekend sweep over UW-Stout. Nompleggi lowered his season earned run average to 2.19 with the performance, the longest outing of his career.
