Olivia Theobald (Peoria, Ill./Dunlap), Sophomore
Theobald won two events, was second in another and was a part of three top-three relays last week to help UW-Whitewater place second out of 10 teams at the Carthage Classic. She tallied a lifetime-best 18:01.70 in the 1,650-yard freestyle to win the event by nearly 28 seconds, and added a win in the 500-yard freestyle with a season-best 5:12.92, nearly 10 seconds faster than the runner-up. Theobald added a runner-up finish in the 200-yard freestyle with a mark of 1:57.70, fastest on the team this season. She also was a part of the winning 800-yard freestyle relay team and the third-place 200- and 400-yard freestyle relay squads, all in the team's best times of the season.
