Wary hit .471 (8-for-17) last week with one double, six runs batted in, five walks, four stolen bases and three runs to help the No. 1 Warhawks to a 4-1 record and their fifth Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference regular season title in the last six seasons. In the Warhawks' 7-0 triumph over Concordia (Wis.) last Tuesday, Wary went 2-for-3 with a walk, two stolen bases and two runs batted in. In Saturday's doubleheader with UW-La Crosse, Wary combined to go 5-for-8 with four runs batted in, one walk and one stolen base. In game one of Sunday's doubleheader with UW-L, with the scored tied 0-0 with one out and two on in the fourth, Wary singled to load the bases, later scoring as the Warhawks posted a five-run inning to go on to win 6-4. He walked twice in the final game of the series, a 10-3 win.
