Tortorice finished with a 5-0 record with two pins and two major decisions competing against some of the nation's top teams last week to help the sixth-ranked Warhawks place seventh at the National Wrestling Coaches Association National Duals in Fort Wayne, Ind. Ranked 10th by D3wrestle.com at 125 pounds, Tortorice pinned Ryan Boncamper of No. 17 Chicago in 4:21 and defeated No. 4 Ithaca's Ferdinand Mase by major decision, 13-1, on the first day of competition. On Friday, he downed Nelson Baker of No. 15 UW-La Crosse by major decision, 9-0, pinned Brock Henderson of No. 11 Coe by fall in 5:46 and bested Olivet's Cameron Mahlich by decision, 7-2. Tortorice is now 16-2 heading into this weekend's Spartan Mat Classic in North Manchester, Ind.
