Michael Treis (Brookfield, Wis./Brookfield Central), Senior
Treis won a pair of matches competing in the top two singles spots last week to help the No. 16 Warhawks to a pair of wins. He defeated Ryan Jump 6-3, 6-3 at No. 2 singles to help UW-Whitewater down Carthage 8-1 on Friday night in Racine. Two days later, Treis posted a 6-2, 6-1 victory over Samuel Totten to help the Warhawks to a 9-0 triumph over Augustana (Ill.), the No. 20 team in the Central Region according to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. Treis is now 9-7 in singles play this season.
