Michaela Matthys (Crystal Lake, Ill./McHenry West), Sophomore
Matthys established a UW-La Crosse pool record in the 100-yard butterfly Saturday with a first-place time of 57.39, her second-fastest mark of the season, in a WIAC dual meet against the Eagles on Saturday in La Crosse. She also finished second in the 50-yard freestyle with a result of 25.14 and helped the 200-yard medley relay team win the event with a 1:50.42.
