Parker Witt (Appleton, Wis./Appleton North), Junior
Witt posted a career best time and broke his own school record to beat 24 other competitors and win the 100-meter dash on Friday at the UW-Platteville Invitational. His mark of 10.44 seconds was four-tenths faster than the runner-up in the event, beat his previous school record by a full tenth of a second and currently ranks No. 1 in the nation. He also helped the 4x100-meter relay team win the event with a result of 41.57 seconds, good for seventh in NCAA Division III. A six-time All-American, Witt placed fourth in the 100-meter dash at last season's NCAA Outdoor Championships.
