Morelli finished 7-for-13 (.538 batting average) with a 1.308 slugging percentage, three home runs and five runs batted in to help the No. 15 Warhawks to a 4-0 record last week, all against WIAC opponents. She tallied three multi-hit games during the week, starting the run with two hits, including one double and one home run, and two runs batted in during UW-Whitewater's 5-0 victory over UW-Platteville on Wednesday at van Steenderen Softball Complex. In the second game of the doubleheader, she registered two hits and scored two runs during the team's 8-0 win in five innings. Morelli continued her strong hitting Friday at UW-Stevens Point, knocking a solo home run in the first game of the doubleheader, a 7-0 Warhawk win. In the second game, she finished 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in the first inning to help UW-Whitewater to an 11-6 triumph.
