Trinson White (Milwaukee, Wis./Riverside), Senior, Guard
White was named Most Valuable Player and selected to the All-Tournament team after leading the 20th-ranked Warhawks to a 3-0 record at the Pikes Peak Holiday Classic at Colorado College from Dec. 27-30. He averaged a double-double with 17.7 points and 12.3 rebounds per game and added eight assists while shooting 51.4 percent from the floor and 83.3 percent (15-of-18) at the free-throw line. In the tournament opener against Concordia Texas, White tallied a game-high 22 points and a team-best nine rebounds to lead UW-Whitewater to a 108-90 triumph, good for the team's highest offensive output in one game since 2009. Three days later against Colorado College, he posted 21 points and 19 rebounds, tied for the third highest total in program history by an individual in one game, to help the Warhawks to an 81-58 victory.
