All players interested in becoming a Warhawk baseball player must complete the following in order to tryout:
1.) Attend Eligibility Meeting: Thursday, September 3rd at 5:30 PM at the Student Athletic Complex.
2.) Attend Baseball Meeting: Friday, September 4th at 4:00/5:00 p.m. at Prucha Field. 4:00 p.m.: All players that were on the 2009 Travel Roster. 5:00 p.m.: All other interested players
3.) Register for a minimum of 12 credits. You will need to be available between 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. for baseball tryouts in the fall.
4.) Complete and submit all necessary medical and insurance forms by Friday, August 28th. All forms should be submitted to Coach Perchinsky by this date! Please refer to the following link for the necessary forms.
Returning Players from the 2008-09 Baseball Team will need: Health History Questionnaire, Insurance Form, and NCAA Insurance Form
Freshmen/Transfers will need: Physical, Health History Questionnaire, Insurance Form, and NCAA Insurance Form
