Warhawks Sweep Illinois Wesleyan 9-0

The Warhawks added another win to their season record April 15 with a 9-0 dominant win over Illinois Wesleyan on the Wangerin Courts.  The win is UW-W's fifth in a row, beginning with a 6-3 win against Coe College April 4, and the eighteenth this season.  Every singles and doubles match was taken by the Warhawks, the eighth time this season that UW-W has swept their opponent.

Kelvin Caiati (Greendale/Greendale) reached the twenty win mark on the season, while the duo of Glinert/Palecek is not far behind with 19, Tim Moller (Stevens Point/Stevens Point Area High School) trails slightly with 18, and the duo of Lowe/Caiati also has 18.

The Warhawks improve to 18-8 on the season, and 14-5 against division III opponents.  The next event for the Warhawks will be 10:00 a.m. April 18, when they will travel to Appleton and compete against Lawrence University.  The Illinois Wesleyan match was the last home event for UW-W.
