Luke Buchholz (Whitewater/Whitewater) and Steve Nashleanas (Brookfield/East) were named offensive and defensive players of the week for UW-W men's soccer and for the WIAC, respectively.  .

Luke Buchholz (Whitewater/Whitewater) was named offensive player of the week when he had two goals and an assist leading the Warhawks to a 3-0 win in the reginal match on the road at North Park University. He has nine goals in 14 games, currently placing him on top of the Wisconsin Intoercollegiate Athletic Conference in goals per game.

Steve Nashleanas (Brookfield/East) was named defensive player of the week by leading the Warhawks to their shutout over North Park Unviversity. As a team, the Warhawks have posted four shutouts in their last four matches. Head Coach Greg Henschel added, " His defensive ability and distribution has been exceptional during this run, and we would not have shutout a very good North Park without his effort".
