Related Links:Travel BlogThe University of Wisconsin-Whitewater baseball team will begin a 16-day, seven-country tour of Europe on Monday, July 20.
After departing the United States, Warhawk student-athletes, coaches, family and friends will begin the trip in Zurich, Switzerland, and continue on during the week to Prague, Czech Republic, and Bratislava and Trnava in Slovakia.
On July 27, the team will head to Austria for two days, and continue to Slovenia, Italy and Ireland.
UW-Whitewater will return to the United States Aug. 4.
In addition to competing against several European teams, the Warhawks will enjoy several historic sites, a plethora of meals native to each country and leisure time in a number of cities.
