The Warhawks (11-0 overall), who are also ranked sixth in the Central Region by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, downed Luther (Iowa) 8-1 before capping the day with a 9-0 sweep of Edgewood.
Against Luther (9-4), UW-Whitewater took all three doubles matches for a 3-0 advantage. Sophomore

Jillian Wallace (Crystal Lake, IL/Central) combined for an 8-0 triumph at the No. 1 slot. Freshmen

Rachel Siemon (Crystal Lake, IL/South), the Warhawks' third combination, won by identical 8-3 scores.

Amanda Dick (Kenosha/St. Joseph Catholic Academy) earned a 6-0, 6-1 victory competing at the sixth position.
In the match against Edgewood (10-4), the Warhawks earned three wins, including two sweeps, at the three doubles positions. Miller and sophomore
Amy Upthagrove (Muskego/Muskego) posted an 8-3 triumph at No. 2, while Siemon and sophomore
Brooke Hendricks (Sterling, IL/Sterling) teamed for an 8-0 victory at No. 3.
Humphreys and Wallace pushed UW-Whitewater's lead to 3-0 thanks to an 8-3 win at the top spot.
All six singles positions were victorious in straight sets for the Warhawks, with no spot dropping more than three games in one set. Siemon and freshman
Brittany Goebel (McHenry, IL/West) didn't drop a game in 6-0, 6-0 triumphs at the Nos. 4 and 6 positions, respectively. McGuire (No. 1), Talyansky (No. 2), Dick (No. 3) and senior captain

UW-Whitewater continues play next Saturday against Augustana (Ill.), which is ranked 16th in the Central Region by the ITA. First serve is slated for 11:30 a.m. at Nielsen Tennis Stadium in Madison, Wis.
